Asking for signatures

Once a Meeting is finished and team members have been able to collaborate on the Meeting Document, you can ask them to sign the document and then download the PDF version, which will display the signatures of the team members who participated in the meeting, as well as their name and date.

To ask for signatures, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “End meeting”.
  2. Select “Ask for signatures”. The meeting will be closed and an email will be sent to all participants asking them to review and sign the Meeting Document.
  3. Review and sign the Meeting Document. You will be able to see your teammates signatures. 
  4. Once all signatures have been collected the Meeting will automatically close. You can also close the Meeting before having everyone’s signatures.
  5. You can now download the PDF version of the Meeting Document by clicking on “Download as PDF”. This PDF includes the Meeting Document, all the signatures and the audit trail.
